On Monday, October 13, the 26th Meeting of Directors of Departments/Divisions for the Environment and Climate of Marshal’s Offices was held in Poznań.
The main topic was waste management—ranging from the responsibilities of the government administration, through the removal of illegal waste, to the draft of the new Packaging Act (ROP). Issues such as the reclamation of excavated areas, the verification of municipal reports, and the establishment of a working group on noise at the Ministry of Climate and Environment were also raised. Challenges related to the operation of the waste database (BDO) were also a key point of discussion.
This meeting is an important opportunity to share experiences and work together to better protect the environment.
